![]() ![]() I want it gone I'd settle for it being about 90% smaller. If it's important for other maps (or something you really feel is necessary), could we please get an option in the settings to turn it off? I'm not kidding, it *really* bugs me. When playing with a controller, the small traps you set with ‘Y’ during the day could be set in a better way. As it is now, you have a little black arrow (more on that in a sec) pointing in the direction you’re facing, and when you press ‘Y’ it sets a trap a decent distance away from the player in that direction. The problem is that the only way to set a location for the trap is by moving Voltaire around and trying to get the little black arrow pointing in exactly the right spot at exactly the right distance from where you want the trap to be. I’ve found that overly fiddly and actually stopped setting those traps all together after the first few in-game days of frustration on the Deck. It seems to me like a much easier method for setting day traps would be to press one of the trigger buttons, which would do two things: 1. ![]() it would freeze Voltaire in place, so he doesn’t move but can rotate 360 degrees and 2. The player could then use either the left stick or the right stick (which is completely unused at the moment) to choose the location for the trap, placing it by pressing 'Y'.
